FSU missed some opportunities as well, but here are 6 plays that could have resulted in JSU pulling off one of the biggest upsets in JSU history.
- FSU last drive- TJ Heath had both hands on the ball for what would have been a phenomenal pick. Heath had a huge hit on the last drive as well. Heath is a great kid. If you get a chance, read our interview with him from the Spring in the player profile archives. Do you realize that AJ Davis, Heath and Jawaan Booker will all be back next year?
- Carnell Clark made a great play on the FSU reception that set up their go ahead touchdown. Unfortunately, the FSU receiver made an even better play.
- JSU got the ball w/ 4:25 left. 2 first downs we might have been able to run the clock out. (Granted- this isn't a "play", but we are a blog, not professional writers like Joe Medley).
-Freeney was close to a TD on a screen pass in the third. We ended up getting no points.
- Perrilloux missed Greg Smith wide open on the first drive of the game. It was a blown coverage and would have been a TD.
- 4th and 1 at the FSU 35 late in the game, FSU brought a jailhouse blitz (no jokes please). JSU TE was wide open for a TD, but RP couldn't throw the ball before being sacked.
